Fracas (Abandoned)

I got the main city working, and the Skull area (mostly, as it stops working if you teleport there from Area C), but never figured out how to make area C workable and eventually gave up. Also the addresses I use to differentiate between area A and B, I don't think that's what the memory addresses were intended for, and could be the reason of the problems, as I haven't figured out the correct way to differentiate between them. X/Y-coordinates work fine though.
